If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, contact our support team with your order number. We’ll investigate with the courier and help you with the next steps.

If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we can update the address. Contact us quickly with the correct details.

You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched.
If you cancel after completing payment, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover processing and handling costs.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it after delivery according to our Return Policy.

These fees are controlled by your bank, not by us.

It is our policy to make sure every pair of boots is delivered in perfect condition. We carefully inspect all items before dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards.

By accepting your parcel at delivery, you confirm that the product received matches your order and arrives in good condition.

Items delivered to customers can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

If there is any issue with your order, please email us with your order number and clear photos. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and approved at the discretion of our support team.

Refunds are only provided once the item is returned to us in the same condition it was delivered — unworn, unused, and with all tags and original packaging intact.

Refunds may take 3–7 business days to process and will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on what is approved.
