Thinking About a Return?

No problem — we accept returns for most orders as long as:
The boots haven’t been worn outside
Everything is still in its original condition
All tags and packaging are included
Your return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
We don’t accept returns for gift cards, clearance items, or products that show signs of wear.

How to Start a Return

Just drop us an email at support@cowboybootsuk.co.uk with:
Your name
Order number
The reason for your return
Photos if your item arrived damaged or incorrect
Our team will get back to you within one working day with the next steps.

Return Shipping

If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return postage.
If you’re returning an item because of size, fit, or change of mind, return postage will be your responsibility.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund:

  • Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days
  • The money will go back to your original payment method
  • We’ll send you a confirmation email once it’s done

Banks may take a little longer to show the refund in your account.

Exchanges

If you’d like to swap your boots for a different size or style, just let us know.
We’ll check availability and guide you through the exchange process.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind right after ordering?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
If your order has already been shipped, you can return it once it arrives.
